<< They will re-domicile in the U S. >> CL, I am so happy everything is slowly falling into place! Would someone mind explaining this re-domiciling back to the US? Does this mean their head office will now officially be in Arizona? Are they going to keep their CDN OTC listing? The reason I ask is that my IPMC share are held in a Registered Retirement Account, which has a very restrictive 20% foreign content policy. Without a CDN listing of any kind, this may be treated as foreign content, which will mess up many Canadians portfolios big time (those who follow the MKIS somewhat...). Also, would someone at the AGM ask Terry Christopher to bring me back an IPM baseball cap if there are any to be had? Thanks all! HM
