Just curious, since you're in the mood to assign blame for this tragedy, how an increased military budget (most of which would be spent on an outer space "shield" and increased armaments) or higher morale by the soldiers would have prevented a suicide mission by terrorists?

I haven't heard anyone blame the Clinton Administration except you.
