No, George F. Will, you friggin' pedantic toady, what you do when faced with monstrous incompetence in the intelligence community is FIRE THEM, not bow and scrape and give them more funds. Keep those responsible and you are only contributing to their incompetence and/or criminality. Yes, a clean sweep might fire some innocent people as well, but that's breaks. We need new blood, not pathetic failures.
