AS..where are you getting this information from? Got any links??!?!?! If you're so patriotic, how much of your money that you've made over your lifetime were donated to charity (battered women's society, orphanages, etc) The day you can show proof of this (via IRS forms), sure, then talk about no longer shorting so as to be patriotic. Otherwise, you're just a hypocrite. Brokerages cannot force people to only go long.
