Speaking of the financial aspects of this tragedy, has anyone seen any analysis or thought about insurance issues? I thought most commercial policies contained exclusions for both acts of war and acts of terrorism, although if so you could probably purchase a rider similar to earthquake insurance. Also, what about the life policies for the victims? Also, the buildings had recently been sold for something like $3.2B, has anyone seen anything from the new owner since the tragedy? Interested in any thoughts...
