We talked about this yesterday. I am not against the idea, but it would require a large work force of fairly well-paid, skilled people -- an enormous undertaking. How many pilots fly domestic flights? Divide by 2 and we cover domestic travel? What about planes arriving from offshore? I guess the FAA could mandate that airlines flying to America sign on to this strategy.
