I heard all of these things talked about on CNBC late last night and earlier this morning.

Remember thinking about the new owner of the buildings when they talked about him - he is probably bk now - I think they said he had recently moved into the building also - Bloomfeld, Bloomburg, something like that.

re: insurance - also mentioned the war clauses and how insurance companies will likely contest claims . . .
