"IMO only, I would expect them to drop the CDN listing. It's a bit incongrous to be on the NMS and also a very junior exchange like the CDN."
"incongrous" "Lacking harmony or agreement of parts, etc."

CL, please... IPM dropped themselves to "junior" status. They had full CDN listing before Lee took over. IMO, if IPM repatriates to the US, then that doesn't say much for IPM's dedication to it's founding shareholders. The Canadians kept this Co. going and alive with tax deductible flow-through share financing at our expense!! Many have invested in this Co. with Retirement money. That will disapear, but then again, it might be a God send...
Sounds more like the Cdn SEC was a bit hard on IPM as it has more stringent rules and reporting requirements and IPM can't take the heat any more!
One good thing is, if IPM goes bust, ya won't be able to blame this one on Canadians, eh! - denis
