You're right, that is incredibly ironic. They are literally wearing symbols of what they claim to hate about the US.

I'm glad your family is OK. Mine is scattered around NYC but we've all checked in and are OK. I live in a place that is high on the nuclear strike list, as there are nuclear subs here, and both my stepson and my older daughter have been worried, but we're not going to leave. If this does escalate to a nuclear war, I'd rather be home.
