Recall that SI provides you with a tremendous and effective means by which offensive communications can be instantly made to disappear. It's called the "ignore" function. You are not going to convince anyone that you are a victim. After all, you are a lawyer who has claimed to have an excess of testosterone. Secondly, why have you not put Joel on ignore. If he bothers you in any serious manner, why have you not taken that simple step?
