To All:

In fairness to everyone here, I must disclose that I sold the last of my position in MGAM last Friday. (I then bought back a few shares when it started to move up, but these are trading shares.) My reasons for selling were many.

1. I am uncomfortable with the way the MegaMania Class designation is going. It appears as if MGAM made the NIGC angry. Whether they can smooth this over and beat the July 15th deadline for MegaMania modifications is unclear.

2. I have taken a much larger position in ANCR, using the profits from MGAM. (Actually, I covered some of my ANCR losses from earlier in the year. <g>)

3. There hasn't been much movement lately. (At least not until after I sold my shares. I think I am a good contrarian indicator. <g>)

I still believe the company has a lot of potential, but at this point I feel more comfortable with my other investments. I'm going to continue to track them, so I probably will still post pertinent information.

Craig
