Nick and Nandu:
The Terrorism hit me home and my son escaped by going down some eighty stair cases on southeast tower. The flying papers from the first blast on the Northwest tower were noticed by employees on the other tower and an evacuation call went out on his floor on the south east tower. When he was on around stairwell of 30th floor or so, the second hit was experienced by him because the building swung sideways. He increased the pace of descent and walked out calmly to a faraway street. We were seeing the south tower go down in a heap on TV. Our hearts sank. We were on pins and needles until 11AM EST when he came home without a scratch. We have not recovered from the shock. The thoughts we went through are beyond words. We pray for the injured and the dead. We stand behind the president.
