Wow! Sounds like BubbleBoy's declared "war" on someone (wonder who?)

Speaking of BubbleBoy...seems to me that part of the underinvestment that occurred during the Bubble was in anti-terrorist and security infrastructure. He gets an assist for the destruction and loss of life we saw yesterday in my book, as of course does Clinton and Rubin.
