Historically speaking, many innocent lives were lost when the US bombed Japan. Was it a difficult decision. Yes. Did it save many more lives and ensure a brighter future for the world? Yes. In retrospect, did we do the right thing? Yes.

Peace is the ultimate gift that won't be handed to you on a silver platter. It has to be earned. Tough decisions must be made and unfortunately blood must be spilt.
