Wolf, A truly inspiring and incredibly well articulated post - thank you. I have said it before and will say it again - you have missed your calling in life! And I say that not as cliche, but with utter sincerity. Your words have a clarity and focus that is a rare commodity today. One of the best quotes I have ever heard: "The US is the only country in history I know of that twice has been in the position of world domination and twice went home instead to play baseball, make movies, and enjoy the good life." I have not had a chance to post since yesterday's events, but my sentiments have been echoed many times over on this thread. My heartfelt thoughts and sympathies go out to any and all in any way effected by the tragic events of September 11. joe
