Apartment rents continue to slide siliconvalley.com High-end real estate market softens nytimes.com I was driving toward Fair Oaks yesterday from Reston, and noticed the new home prices listed on new developments for some have been dropping. I had noticed 600s and 700s six months ago, and I see signs for 500s. I suspect they're taking out some of the frills that they were including in these new developments.
