Dear C: They already have them as I am sure you are well aware. It now appears most of the nations of the world are going to lend a hand themselves by making their own intelligence forces availble. Bin Ladens legacy may be that he was the one responsible for the demise of Terrorism. Wouldnt that be funny? JDN
