I don't think much of the source. The planes
were loaded with 10's of thousands of pounds of
jet fuel. That jet fuel burns at over 2000
degrees and the steel melts at 1500 degrees.

When the steel melted the sheer weight of the
floors above brought the buildings down. That
is why they seem to implode as opposed to toppling
over.
