ICE, re I can just see it in the Washington Post now. Lead story ===> "Dogs Howl at Texas Turbines - Community in Disarray Due to Lack of Sleep". That's too far fetched. I think the sound is caused by an alien space ship thinking the dogs are the highest form of life on earth.<G> G$M
