if they KNOW of actions and do nothing then those knowing are guilty. if they don't KNOW then what can we reasonably do? should bush be jailed b/c there are serial killers in the us? after all, the killing is happening on his soil?

the answer is no b/c he doesn't know about them. IF he aided and abetted a serial killer, he ought to suffer the penalties.

they should speak out and act out against terrorism. if not, they should suffer some consequences.
