Why not simply look to conflicts around the world in the last 15 years: Indoneisia and Timor, Sudan and Africa, Bosnia Kosovo Albania Macedonia, Chechneya, Israel and the West Bank, India and Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Kurdistan, Algeria. Describe to me what these conflicts were and are about. Is there a fundamental war being waged? Have there been extreme reactions to these wars among resident populations? Seriously now which one among Allah, Americanism or Judaism fits in each of these and numerous others?
