According to NYC NBC station various times this afternoon: 500 police, fire, emergency services and Port Authority WTC personnel not answering their roll calls. Private firms have not been able to reach thousands of workers assigned to building. Guiliani has been brutally frank about his recurrent use of thousands as estimates of missing. He is not running for anything political office. Can you tell me if rest of country is getting his press conferences that occur every 2-3 hours and keep reiterating these very high numbers of missing. 200 people are gathered outside of Bellvue Hospital, near Manhanntan morgue facilities, looking for missing love ones. Also, another highjacking was prevented at Laguardia airport at 9 AM yesterday but 3 terrorists escaped before police arrived. I really lioke to know if rest of country is just getting news anchor pablum. john
