Jim, Re: "Maybe we are just a little lax in who we let in and train..." A related concern would be who we (and other countries) export weapons to that often are used more for destruction than for "defense." I know the British were not real excited about the fighter planes and exocet missiles that were sold to Argentina prior to the Falklands war. -PT
