Big difference although I think anyone enjoying innocent shedding of blood has serious problems. IRAQ shed innocent blood when they ransacked Kuwait. We acted as the police force to bring them and their rogue leader under control.
This unprovoked attack on NYC and D.C. was against innocent civilians and was meant to kill many.
