Wow, I went to the macintouch web site and read some of the Jazz-bashing and Iomega customer support-basing and I'm a little wary of this stock now. How can Iomega ship an unreliable product and then not support it with a top-notch customer service organization? I thought these guys (IOM) had a clue, but that opinion is based on my experience with the Zip, which I really like. I suppose that if I had a Jazz, I too would be shorting IOM instead of being long. Luckily, long is the place to be right now. FB
