Bresea announces name change

VANCOUVER, Sept. 12 /CNW/ - Bresea Resources Ltd. (the "Company")
announces that it has changed its name to "Sasamat Capital Corporation" and
that it has completed a share consolidation of one new share for every 10
common shares currently outstanding as approved by the Company's shareholders
on August 23, 2001.
