Are you suggesting that we nuke our own Intelligence HQ? Like the U.S. (home of terrorists like the Unabomber, Timothy McVeigh, and probably whoever bombed the Olympics), the countries you are suggesting bombing are nations populated by human beings, and you don't just go about nuking civilians unless you're a freaking maniac.
