Fortunately the SI TOU include a provision about excessive posting if SI decides he went too far:

) Posting improper or off-topic messages or posting more than twenty messages in six hours.

His profile shows more than 100 posts since noon today, despite numerous requests on various threads that he stop. SI Admin will act appropriately based on their recent steps against other violators.
