A muslim fundamentalist will surely die knowing he will go to heaven for dying for his cause and his 5 sons and wife will be taken care of and go to heaven as well. The same fuck with 5 sons may be a little more reluctant to give his life to kill others if he knows his sons and wife will be eviscerated the next day. Horrible? yes. Let him kill 5000 Americans instead? no.

the rules have to be adjusted to fit the value system of the lowest common denominator, taking the moral high ground is a cop out.
