Alex, thank you for the point, and you will find these comments about "related parties" transactions in every 10q you pick up. It is the law to report them but it is not against the law to loan officer's money at market rates. In our case, Khan even charges 33% more interest than Benton. I guess on Monday, BNO is going to plunge beacuse the interest they charge to their officers are lower than short term rate on Government paper. Pluvia, if you are still around, get us something else to sink our teeth in, I'd like to see the stock back at my original buying point last September, I could have another nice trip from 2.5 to 6.5. I'll take these trips anyday. Having sold all my techie (and as usual to early) I have plenty of ammunition left (keeping some for another trip on CHTL, getting nicely back to my buying range-patience). Zeev
