Ignorance know's no racial or geographic boundaries. It never has and never will. There are, and have been, ignorant people from every walk of life, found in every corner of the globe throughout recorded history.
The world learned yesterday that ignorance can condemn thousands of people to instant death, indiscriminately killing anyone who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Without warning. Without explanation. Without mercy. Without compassion. Murder.
Race, religion, nationality, occupation, gang affiliation, hatred or anger. None of these are explanations for murder. There is no justification for murder. None. This holds true in every corner of the globe, in every jurisdiction in the world. Murder is unacceptable. Yesterday changed the entire world--every citizen on this planet--whether they know it or not. We saw thousands of people die in an instant. Without warning. Without explanation. Without mercy. Without compassion. Murder.
Everyone involved in this murder must be held accountable and prosecuted. All accomplices. Everyone, all the way up the ladder. Wherever the trail leads. No one gets a free pass. There can be no immunity, not for an individual, an organization, or a nation. The world learned a very painfully lesson yesterday. We learned that ignorance his been taken to a new level. The ignorance of those who have assisted in this mass murder needs to be educated. Have no doubt about it. Some very ignorant people will be "afforded an education" in the near future. The lesson can not stop there. All terrorists must be "afforded an education". Wherever they live. No matter what corner of the globe they reside in. We must enforce this lesson everywhere. All citizens. Every nation. Terrorism is ignorance. It will not be accepted. Anywhere. Period.
Those who can not learn this lesson the easy way will learn it the hard way.
