I saw an interview with a chap last night that got out from around the 85th floor of the second tower. He said that after the first tower was hit that a few minutes later it came over the intercom that the second tower was secure and to return to your desks ... He left after the second plane hit his tower. One amazing thing he said was that the stairwell was empty. He made a few stops on the way down as well, to help people, and to call his wife.
