If you can't put two scales in one window, plot the Standard Deviation line in a separate window or plot the first part of the formula, then overlay the second part in the same window, one at a time.

I use (and abuse) Window on WallStreet, and there isn't a way (as far as I know) to put two scales in one window -- two indicators, of course, but not two scales for them. Well, there is one ridiculous way: HyperSnap the second scale and put it over a HyperSnap of the chart.
