And AJ, think for a second please, people are God's agents. Apparently some people are also the Devil's agents. I disagree that we have an "individual responsibility" to act for good. We have a God given free will and hopefully we act for good. Apparently some people don't share our reasonable hope and choose another path. What are we supposed to do, sit around and hope they arrive at a consensus while blowing up city blocks? We need to replace Noblesse Oblige with Force Majeure until every terrorist is reformed.
