Japan was already beaten. The use of the bomb there I don't think should be said to have "won" the war. It shortened it, and saved American soldiers lives.

As far as using it again, I really don't think that's the answer.

The bomb is really a messy weapon, it may not be very effective in mountainous regions, and IMO if we use it now, it opens the door for anyone to use it for whatever reason.

Unfortunately, I believe that there isn't one solution, but that many different methods will have to be employed.
The use of ground troops, I just don't see how it can be avoided.

Black Ops will also have to employed, IMO sooner or later.
