Bush has never been a good speaker. This goes way back. IMO, his demeanor has been fairly static since the election. I know a lot of people who can't speak for shit, but this isn't necessarily indicative of fear or lack of intelligence. I think most Americans have full confidence in Bush and the Administration right now. This is not a time for Americans to fragment.
