My take on SPCO. SPCO was the biggest dog for a long time. I lost a lot with SPCO....

New management team took over when SPCO was acquired by ANMI. ANMI management team was doing well with ANMI, but then they decided to buy SPCO. It looked like a stupid move for ANMI IMO. Especially when ANMI was in debt and they picked up additional debt from SPCO. ANMI stock price was doing real well and company had a lot of promise, favored in the streets eyes. Why hook up with SPCO loser?

I talked with ANMI management team when take over was announced and they encouraged me, enough to hang on with SPCO until take over went through. At the time ANMI was over 7 and SPCO was around 1 1/4. But when take over went through SPCO stayed around same price (1 1/8) but ANMI dropped to 3 5/8. A suicidal move for ANMI....but why did they do it?

I spoke to the new SPCO management team at the time (formerly ANMI team) and they assured me of good things to come. They did say however patience was necessary.

I then heard from other people that they were using ANMI products (now SPCO) and they were impressed. Sales are increasing, look at the last earnings, consistently with how AMNI was doing before SPCO take over.

Management team seems strong and determined based on the communications with shareholders. And I here the facilities they are using now are not big enough for their product demand. So a move might come soon.

I tried there products as well and they are nice. I was impressed!

Strong management, sales increases, ANMI history and product quality are why I am sticking with SPCO ... Steve

PS-ANMI took over SPCO, took SPCO symbol. ANMI was named Allegro New Media with SPCO symbol but recently changed there name to Software Publishing Company. So ANMI became SPCO. ANMI price history is what you see though in SPCO history. They overlaid SPCO history because it was so bad. But they wanted SPCO symbol and name because of the name recoginition it previosly had established. So today's SPCO is really yesterday's ANMI in name, symbol and price history! When following SPCO you a really betting on ANMI.
