It is NOT 100% imperitive that we be sure exactly who this was before we retaliate.

This is WAR not court.

Although I am certain your ilk would love to tie up any reaction as long as possible I hope and I doubt that will be the case here.

We know the organization and host governments who have promoted this type of action - they should all be held responsible.
