Rob -- There really is an easier way: Do an "Australia" on them. A "land of their own" seems to be the common plaint, so ... 1. declare Afghanistan a "land for terrorists", 2. seal Afghanistan: no money, no communications, no trade, no passport recognition, 3. terrorists are simply sent there to live with themselves (if their women agree (why are we assuming that all terrorists are male?) they can go live there, too ... come to think of it, put the pressure on and say, "terrorists' wives and mothers will be sent also"). Then, let's see what they can accomplish without using the resources that have been created under the "understood rules" of society they currently choose to ignore. terry
