Knight, your posting style is nothing but irritating to be candid.
Sharck and Velo are respected although I did take exception to a post from Sharck two days ago. He chose not to explain it I would assume under the guise that he wasn't posting about things any longer. He continues to post.
If he said he called a short privately at 8:45, I believe him .... his post at 9:30 could simply have been after the fact. I didn't take the time to check if it says short it now or I did short it. So, knight, your all caps attacks are uncalled for in my estimation.
Velo, pretty much everything he has said is on target .... however, I too have open short positions ...
When we open, I will cover at market ..... I will take my closing account balance as of the close the other day .. and my account balance after covering and send the difference to the Red Cross. Velo, I too feed my family and provide them shelter.
I will not short a thing for a week which may mean no trading and will mean many lost opportunities. But Velo, there is more to life than taking every opportunity presented especially at a time like this.
I would imagine both Sharch and Velo will call me naive ... so what ... money can't soothe my soul. So I miss out on opportunities, I'll sleep much easier than if I didn't.
