There are lots of happy Datek customers out here, I only read this thread to learn more about how it works and how to use it best.

After having tried several electronic brokers, Datek are the best at exactly that, being electronic brokers. They are not necessarily the best at phone service, or for people who have dedicated lines etc.

Don't let a few moaners who are very vocal distort the picture.
