If it were a script, we would strike at more than four places at the same time, capture as many bad guys as possible alive (to bring back to American soil for trial), terminate everyone that wasn't with our program, and then dust each Home Base/Training Facility/GHQ with a light sprinkling of metal fragments and thick white ash and dust.

Then watch for any movement and correct that, and then clean everything up real nice and leave.

Well, we could probably skip the clean up part this time.
