You know, when I read bull&hit such as that attributed to Harry Browne, I'm reminded of 3 things:
1) is to look for error in his arguments, and just one error is enough to screw and skew the whole deal:
THE BLATANT ERROR WAS EASY TO SPOT IT IN THIS ONE. You see, Dave Rose, BRITIAN invaded Granada, not the USA. This makes the rest of his silly piece look even more stupid.
2) reminded to express deep gratitude for my neighbors and friends who did not waste their votes on that
emptyheaded old fool THANK YOU! This kind of jerk in the White House would provide armed escort
to our enemies target(s) of choice....GEEEEEZE!
3) illogic in his arguments: violence always begets more violence. Well, appeasement & detente and giving away the farm inhopes that others "play nice" brought on this one.
Here's some of the rest of the horsemanure:
1) teaching someone a lesson never teaches anything but resentment:
Oh, yeah? Tell that to my parents who taught me MANY lessons, some at the end of a strop!
2) continued bombing of the innocents in IRAQ is wrong? WHO SEZ! Can you imagine how many more US targets, both on the ground and in the air would have been hit if IRAQ had more freedom of movement than currently permitted by our enforcement of NATO sanctioned NO FLY ZONE with our friends the BRITS??? How unthinkable the current horror! How unthinkable it being worse!
3) Browne isn't thinking or reasoning...he's running for office...AGAIN, God Forbid! Did someone forget to inform the old geezer of the fact no one campaigs during a state of mourning & in TERRIBLE taste!
