Each year millions from Asia and South America as well as from other parts of the world try to come here, legally or illegally. Come to
the "most hated" country in the world?

Perhaps he meant, "...the "most hated" country in the world by those MOST IRRATIONAL."

On another note, the Toronto Stock Exchange in its first day of trading since Sep 11th closed up 0.76% after opening down more than 0.8%. Volume was quite heavy at 189M shares - about the 10th most active day of trade ever. As the TSE normally trades less than 70M shares when the US exchanges are closed, I find the strong close quite impressive if not quite surprising. In any case, much more pleasant than I expected.
