Not to mention foreigners, who will have no such illusions about "supporting the U.S." when the market opens. They see an economic playing field (ie, need for expensive security infrastructure in Europe and somewhat less free movement and trade, while the U.S. was given a "free pass" on terrorism for years) that has suddenly and irretreivably been leveled. They will sell.
