Joseph from reports the AA flight reported shortly after the high jacking. I do not blame any specific person but the way the system operates and the regulation in place. Transponder of air ...... red button ..... launch the air force ....... simple.

I can understand that the US thinks they are not at war with any nation but that is also my point .......... they are and refuse to acknowledge.

As proof from the China fiasco you can get very close to visually see who is flying the plane.

The failure is in procedure and regulation not to mention the political responsibility and lack of intelligence reports were there are already complains
