I am originally from New Jersey. The chances that I know someone who has perished are extremely high. At this point, we have contacted friends and relatives back in New Jersey. So far, anyone that we know has escaped intact, though many question whether or not they have a job, as their workplace has been destroyed, former co-workers perhaps still resting in the rubble. We suffer from the "not knowing". This feeling is likely to continue for weeks. For other people, they must deal with the loss of a parent, or a child or perhaps a best friend. May God bless all those innocent people who have lost their lives. May God bless those who survive them. Kerry
