I see. Even at 60,000 shares, the volume is low.
This has the opportunity to reduce brk earnings alot you know. If they are subject to 5% of the losses and it's 20 billion (every time I have seen estimates in previous disasters, they have been vastly underestimated), what does that do to earnings per share?
Makes the stock quite expensive.
Jdsu otoh may actually get more visibility in the future if companies need to expand their networks. Stranger things have happened.
No, I'm not ready to buy jdsu. I just think that you are being unfair to the people who have bought the stock, especially those who bought recently or in Oct. 98 and have been unfortunate enough to have held it as it's come back almost all the way back down. Those who bought at 150, 120, 100, 80, 60, 40, even 20 or 15. Sorry, they were probably asleep at the wheel not paying attention to the macro economic environment, the economy and valuation, I'll agree. |
