I'm very interested in the SVGI story, which to me looks rather compelling...does any one have any idea about:

1.) ASMLF's product vs SVGI's? (DUV tool of course)
2) SVGI's production capacity (I believe SVGI claims 200 per yr starting next year) vs ASMLF's and the two japanese companies? Any idea of probable demand for the tool? ie. is their really enough DUV tool capacity around to shut SVGI?
3.) Is SVGI being punished for past dissapointment?
4.) What is SVGI worth if INTC and IBM don't go elsewhere and SVGI really does sell 200 units per yr? What about 100? I'm trying to get at risk return here...the stocks price seems to imply very little in the way of miscascan success.
