It will be hard to predict any impact on WRE except that the defense department is probably going to build up long term which means more offices will be needed.

CLI may benefit both short term and long term. 12+ Million feet was just removed from NYC so vacancies should be down in the metropolitan NY area. Some think that many will want to leave NYC and go across the river into NJ. RA and CLI appear to have the strongest concentrations in these 2 ares.
